GACF Announces 2025 Grant Recipients

The Girard Area Community Foundation (GACF) is proud to announce the recipients of their 2025 GACF Grant cycle! In 2025, grants totalled $60,923. Since 2014, GACF has granted over $500,000 during its grant cycles, with over 150 grants to the Girard area.

“Our community is so fortunate to have the Girard Area Community Foundation,” said GACF President Danielle Randall. “This is my 9th, and final, year as a GACF board trustee. It has truly been fascinating to have watched our granting dollars go from $18,000 a year to $61,000 a year. This year, we had a record amount of grant money requested, and we really had to dig deep into our mission to decide which projects truly fit our mission and goals. Projects that would have a lasting impact on our community and continue to call Girard and our surrounding communities A GREAT PLACE TO CALL HOME.”

These grants are about more than funding – they’re about investing in people who care deeply about this community’s future.”
